Angie Kalousek Ebrahimi oversees the sales and marketing of clinically proven lifestyle medicine programs for Blue Shield of California’s members. Kalousek and her team work to drive both enrollment and engagement in the lifestyle medicine interventions under the Wellvolution brand. She strongly believes that lifestyle medicine can transform the current health care model by introducing clinically effective, cost effective and non-invasive lifestyle approaches into the care continuum, and is strategically working to forward Blue Shield of California’s philosophy that lifestyle is medicine.
Prior to joining Blue Shield in 2010, she worked as the Wellness Program Manager at Visa, Inc., where she created and implemented a new suite of global wellness programs for Visa employees. Ms. Kalousek holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and is a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach.

As Chief of Innovations, Amanda Graham leads the Innovations Center within Truth Initiative. The Innovations Center is dedicated to designing and building leading digital products for tobacco cessation, including the EX Program. She is internationally recognized as a thought leader in web and mobile quit-smoking interventions and online social networks and has been awarded over $15 million in research funding. She has published more than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and serves on National Institutes of Health study sections and numerous journal editorial boards.
