Amanda Graham, Ph.D., senior vice president of Innovations at Truth Initiative, will present at the Indiana Cancer Consortium Annual Meeting on April 24, 2019. Amanda’s presentation, “Clearing the Air in Indiana with Digital Programs for Smoking & Vaping Cessation,” will discuss tobacco and e-cigarette use patterns in Indiana compared to other similar states with higher tobacco use prevalence.
She will also discuss how digital interventions support a multi-level approach to tobacco control, involving physicians, communities, and employers.
The ICC Annual Meeting brings together diverse organizations and professionals committed to creating meaningful change in cancer prevention and control. The objective of this year’s annual meeting is to explore the future of cancer prevention and control throughout the state, specifically as it relates to healthcare disparities, HPV-related cancers, colorectal cancer, and tobacco cessation.
